This 83,000 SF design-build, pharmaceutical warehouse includes shipping/receiving docks, waste docks, sampling, an international shipping area, office area, sub freezer area, freezer storage, chilled room storage, controlled room (CRT) storage and hazardous material storage. Wilhelm provided preconstruction services and worked on a cost plus GMP contract. Through value engineering and constructability reviews the design-build team was able to prepare a list of $8,000,000 in potential savings options.
